The single most difficult part of crossbow shooting is cocking the bow. Tenpoint has solved this problem with their innovative "Acu-draw" system. The Acu-draw unit is a cocking device consisting of a retractable rope, claws for hooking the string, and a ratchet operated by either a detachable handle or even an electric drill. The entire unit is conveniently mounted to the bow yet small enough to be unintrusive when not in use.

In addition to the Acudraw unit Tenpoint also produces the Acu-draw 50 cocking aid. The Acu-draw 50 is a traditional styled rope cocking aid mounted to the retractable coil springs of the Acu-draw system. The system reduces cocking weight by 50% just like the traditional rope crossbow cocking aid, however it stores the assist rope securely and conveniently on the crossbow stock.

Both the Acudraw and Acu-draw 50 are availible as options on all Tenpoint crossbows except for the Phantom crossbow which is availible with the Acu-draw only.
