PSE does not make the Copperhead crossbow themselves, it is imported from Tiawan. It is adequete for deer hunting but does not have much to offer as far as hunting crossbows go. It is low power, the trigger is awful, and the construction is lacking in quality. If you need a crossbow and this is all you can afford it is better then not having one, however for a little more money one can purchase a higher performing bow with a better trigger from several different crossbow companies.
