The Horton Crossbow "talon" trigger is the best crossbow trigger we have seen. For years Horton and most other crossbow makers had hard to pull triggers with a lot of travel. They were simply horrible. In 2005 Horton fixed the problem when they introduced the "talon" trigger. In our testing against other crossbows the testers have consistantly choosen the talon as the best trigger. The Talon trigger is now standard on almost all Horton crossbows.
